SUMMARY
We're seeking dynamic and service-minded college students to join our Summer Internship Program at Clean Scapes. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the largest commercial landscaping contractor in Texas, business operations, and leadership, all while being paid. As an Intern at Clean Scapes, you'll engage with all facets of our business, collaborate with company leaders, and undergo a study program of books and resources in business and personal development.

ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES
- You will get hands-on experience executing the work that drives our company and provides opportunities for many of our employees. This is the hard, dirty, sweaty, physically demanding work.
- You will gain experience across maintenance, irrigation, and enhancements departments, or our construction division providing insight into the complete cycle of our business operations.
- You will assist key managers within Clean Scapes and develop an understanding of their roles and functions in the business.
- You will spend time with multiple departments, managers, and leaders at Clean Scapes, experiencing how business operations run from frontline work to the executive team.
- You will engage in development with your cohort weekly including a speaker series with community leaders, a study program of books and resources to guide your career, and lessons in business and leadership.
