As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Representative to help us expand our client base across the Houston area through connections based sales.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in the growth of Clean Sweep HTX by actively pursuing new clients, building relationships, and closing sales. This is a sales representative position, offering unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions. You will have the freedom to set your own schedule and focus on creating business opportunities with our future commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
● Sales Presentations: Present and promote Clean Sweep HTX’s services to prospective clients, clearly communicating the benefits and solutions we offer.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
● Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate service agreements, close deals, and meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure that all new accounts are set up and serviced efficiently.
● Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and performance, providing regular updates to management.
Service Areas: Montgomery, Conroe, Woodlands, Spring, Cypress, Katy
Pay: $13.83 - $15.47 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
