Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assembler. As an assembler, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by assembling various components to create finished products. This position requires precision, efficiency, and a strong focus on quality to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications.

· Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.

· Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

· Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the assembly process.

· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize assembly procedures and workflow.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Proven experience in assembly or a related field is preferred.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

· Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, and blueprints.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

· Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

· Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new assembly techniques and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
