What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Center Technician position at Cleaning Technologies Group?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
General mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently with hand tools is desired.
Build and assemble custom fixtures as directed.
Modify piping arrangements for tests as directed.
Work with Sales Managers and Customers on testing in the lab
Keeping the lab clean and free of water on the floor.
Prepare lab machines for testing.
Charge and neutralize solution in the machines on the shop floor.
Perform Millipore cleanliness checks.
Perform particulate analysis on Millipore pads.
Write up test reports to provide feedback on tests performed.
Other duties as assigned by the Proposal and Sales Departments.
Qualifications/Skills: Enjoy working in a laboratory environment and be an individual comfortable with using hand tools and laboratory chemicals and machines.
Education and/or Experience: Associates degree in science, engineering or technology field and/or one-year experience. Must be well organized with knowledge of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Office, especially Excel), accurate data entry skills and ability to work under pressure.
