Job Responsibilities:
As the Hardware Repair Lead, you'll oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our cryptocurrency mining equipment, ensuring that all work is conducted safely and efficiently according to guidelines and regulations. You'll supervise a team of technicians, lead product testing and validation, manage inventory, develop project timelines, and maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need ~3 years technician experience in an industrial or commercial environment, with a strong understanding of electronic components, technical drawings, and specifications. You'll also require knowledge of inventory tracking, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Familiarity with Antminer Series 17 & 19 equipment and Bitman repair certification are plus points.
