Job Summary :
Drives revenue on our assets through a deep understanding of clients’ needs and the local marketplace, coaching and guiding the Inside Sales Team, and successfully delivering company initiatives. Focuses on KPIs and key coaching initiatives to help the Inside Sales Team succeed and grow.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops sales team through recruiting, selecting, training and onboarding, exceptional sales talent.
- Coaches and develops the inside sales team, delivering ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and overall performance and key performance indicators (KPIs). Manages, coaches, and develops the inside sales team and holds them accountable against KPIs.
- Creates engagement and recognition opportunities including contests, leader boards, etc.
- Analyzes sales performance data, develops actionable insights, and implements initiatives that drive continued sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and sales.
- Assists in forecasting goals and budget for the Inside Sales Team.
- Regularly evaluate KPIs of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and entire team.
- Drives for revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually while reporting revenue projections and forecasting.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
