The Role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire subcontractors to support ongoing projects. Conduct regular analysis of market trends, labor costs, and service gaps to guide business decisions.
- Manage the integration of acquired subcontractors, including contract negotiation.
- Oversee work assignments for subcontractors, ensuring adherence to standards and timelines.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements. Manage post-construction homeowner maintenance contracts, including scheduling and fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to expand homeowner services and revenue streams.
- Oversee scheduling, workload allocation, and performance management for Tradework team members and subcontractors.
- Manage staffing, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Develop contingency plans for labor shortages, supply chain issues, or emergency needs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Tradework team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Develop and refine SOPs to document and enforce operational processes.
- Maintain and monitor project schedules to optimize staffing and subcontractor performance.
Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years of experience in construction operations, subcontractor management, or related roles.
- Proven leadership skills, including recruiting, hiring, and performance management
- Strong understanding of logistics, scheduling, and contract management.
- Familiarity with market analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and business integration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software, Procore, MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
Travel Time Required

Typical Working Conditions
