TITLE : Secondary Principal - Candidate Pool (2025-2026)
LOCATION : Clear Creek Amana School District (Schools in Tiffin, IA)
REPORTS TO : Superintendent / designee
This candidate pool is for interested candidates for potential Secondary Principal opportunities. The Principal is responsible for the direction of all personnel who perform their respective functions within the province of the building. They are directly responsible to the Superintendent of Schools and are obligated to keep the Superintendent informed of all matters deemed pertinent and relative to the operation of the school unit. The Principal also performs a staff function serving in an advisory capacity to the Superintendent of Schools for all personnel.
- General Responsibility and Authority Delegated by the Superintendent :
Coordinate and Supervise on a daily operational basis :
Curriculum - 9-12 , lead and suggest changes and improvements, scheduling, supplies, and materials.
Students :
Student body registration for classes and fees.
Communication - faculty meetings, written communications. Supply and material approval in accordance with budget.
Communication - Management team approach. Regular and frequent basis.
Communication - Attend and report at meetings as requested.
Communication - Press releases, personal letters, school bulletins, personal meetings as required.
