We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to represent our showroom, located in Freehold, NJ with professionalism and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the right marble and stone products for their needs while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. This role requires the ability to educate clients on the benefits of our products, recommend suitable options based on their requirements, and foster long-term customer relationships. You will play a vital
role in enhancing the customer journey by combining design expertise with exceptional salesmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and assist with general inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
- Provide an exceptional showroom experience by engaging with customers to understand their needs
- and recommend appropriate products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers to aid in their decision-making process.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Enter and update orders and customer information accurately into the database.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files and records.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure orders are completed accurately and to their satisfaction.
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and provide outstanding service.
- Perform additional duties as required to support branch and team needs.
