Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors at the front desk and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments
- Collect patient information and update medical records
- Assist with medical billing tasks
- Perform retail sales of eyewear and contact lenses
- Provide assistance to the optometrist during examinations and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Technological proficiency preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and vendors
