We are looking to add another team member who will work between our Hartford and Brandon office locations. We are looking for someone who is a friendly, hardworking, organized individual with a strong work ethic. We offer a very competitive wage based on experience with room for promotions and raises. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients at the front desk
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Assist with contact lens fittings and train patients on proper contact lens care
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Assist with retail sales of eyewear, including helping patients select frames and lenses that meet their needs
Skills:
- Proficient in using front desk systems to schedule appointments and manage patient information
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
