- Represent our brand in a positive light at all times and attempt to handle the client's request at first contact
- Facilitate communication between clients and team to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
- Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements
- Timely and accurately document all details of calls, emails, mail, and other communications
- Mail marketing materials with handwritten notes to clients and prospective clients. A handwriting sample will be required.
- Assemble and mail applications to exact specifications and handle incoming mail the same way
- Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner Qualifications :
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills. Both pleasant and assertive. Punctual, resourceful, proactive, with a professional appearance and a positive can-do attitude. Can the clients "hear" your smile over the phone?
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in BOTH English and your other language (Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole)
- Clean and clear handwriting with perfect grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- A natural organizer, everything in its place, and your time management skills are spot on
- Tech-savvy (can you troubleshoot scanner or printer issues on your own?)
- Excited to work with a remote team of positive-minded and wonderful individuals who understand that if the Firm succeeds so do they
- Prior military or legal firm experience is preferred, but not required. Same for the Florida Notary license Compensation : $20 - $22 hour
