Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company is searching for an energetic, customer-focused, and professional candidate to join our Deposit Operations team. This full-time Deposit Operations Specialist dual position will work primarily in our Clear Lake Office. This provides the highest quality of support with operational functions for deposit accounts.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Provide bank customers with support by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Efficiently and accurately resolve customer issues, including but not limited to account inquiries, transaction disputes, fraud, and technical difficulties.
- Assist customers with account maintenance tasks such as password resets, contact information changes, debit card limit change requests, stop payments, etc.
- Educate customers about the bank’s products and services, cross-sell bank products when applicable to benefit the customer to resolve their customer service issues.
- Review reports and perform balancing for ACH, Maintenance, ATMs, closed accounts, stop alerts and unposted items.
- Assist with completing service sessions for account maintenance, bill pay review, and printing of forms and notices.
- Assist in other areas as needed to support the overall performance of the bank and service to its customers.
