Proficient in Word, Google Suites, and proof reading. Willingness to learn Bound, Infinite Campus, student reporting, and other programs utilized. Very detail-oriented, dependable, flexible, and positive attitude. Mandatory Reporter Certificates Required.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Answer phones
- Assign Lockers
- Check Bound for updated Registrations/Physicals before every season __inform coaches of expired physicals
- Spreadsheets for Events
- Print programs for activities
- Cash/Concession Boxes for games
- Maintain records of athletic awards and fees
- Make all certificates of awards for HS & MS
- Year End Athletic Report
- Check Activity transportation daily in systems
- Attendance
- Various duties as asked by activity director or building principals
Monday - Friday 8 hours per day
