Oversee the operations of the office running efficiently and productively daily.
Implemented effective systems for company (Time Management and Accountability).
Prepare expense reports, budget reports and conduct payroll, Travel for company to different stakeholder
LDH meetings and meet with investors, Oversee the company's contracts with insurance companies and stakeholders.
Train staff to perform job duties, ethics, policies and procedures. Oversee leave requests (vacation, sick
time, etc.) ensuring accurate time and availability. Order and maintain office and computer supplies.
Prepare billing reports, claims and denials (collect outstanding monies from insurance companies
MCO's). Conduct IT work when needed. Help resolve client's issues in a professional manner.
Oversee employees benefits and insurance packages. Conduct surveys with stakeholders to ensure
professional and quality services of employees conducted to clients in the community, also keep up will all changes
with HCPCS Codes, CPT Codes and Modifier (changes) per state rules and regulations and CMS Guidelines,
Renew company Annual State License with Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals. Prepared and
conducted Accreditation with Joint Commission (Renewed three years), Conduct hiring, Annual Evaluations,
Peer Support Evaluation, monthly verifications of staff credentials. Organize events and attend meetings in the community with
stakeholders, and coordination of care with other providers, Assist agency with contracting and credentialing with MCO's and
Private Insurance companies, Conduct staff meetings and track outcomes and trends of client (Data Management and
Quality Assurance) to ensure quality of care per Joint Commission and state requirements providers
and participate in all audits with insurance providers, Louisiana Department Health and Hospitals,
includes : assisting the Program Director and Licensed Professional Counselors supervise staff ensuring job duties are performed
