Job Overview:
Are you ready to help shape the future of our team? We’re seeking a skilled Human Resources Assistant to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized leader with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture. You’ll be the backbone of our HR department, supporting Clear Motivations as we grow and thrive!
What You’ll Do:
As an HR Assistant, you’ll be handling a variety of exciting tasks to keep things running smoothly! Here’s what you’ll be up to:
- Develop & Implement HR Strategies: Align HR practices with our organization’s overall goals and vision.
- Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to interviewing and onboarding amazing new talent.
- Employee Relations: Ensure a positive work environment by resolving conflicts, guiding performance evaluations, and helping foster strong employee relations.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure we stay compliant with labor laws and company policies, keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine.
- Compensation & Benefits: Handle employee compensation and benefits, ensuring that our team members feel valued.
- Collaborate & Organize: Work with leadership to design and structure roles and teams that will move our organization forward.
- HR Budgets: Manage HR-related budgets with efficiency and care.
What We’re Looking For:
We want someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a great workplace. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
- HR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee evaluations, and organizational design.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with HR systems like Timeero and GPS time and attendance systems.
- Labor Laws: Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with our amazing team.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
