- Team Captain: Collaborate with developers, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure everyone’s rowing in the same direction (and at the same speed!).
- Tech Translator: Bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Roadmap Architect: Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones to keep projects on track and deliver results on time.
- Risk Navigator: Identify potential challenges, mitigate risks, and keep the program running like a well-oiled machine.
- Customer Champion: Stay laser-focused on the customer experience, ensuring all solutions are intuitive, secure, and impactful.
- Innovation Leader: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our digital banking offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a program manager, preferably in digital banking, fintech, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of digital banking technologies, trends, and best practices.
- (7) years of experience in agile project management, budget administration and data analysis
- (7) years of experience working within Digital Banking or Information Technology areas
- Experience working with data visualization tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other program management methodologies.
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for creating amazing digital experiences.
- A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
