As a Senior Product Manager – Digital Banking & Security, you will drive the end-to-end development of secure and customer-centric digital banking solutions. You will define the long-term vision and strategy, ensuring that digital banking products not only deliver seamless experiences but also incorporate robust security and fraud prevention measures.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including security, risk, engineering, UX/UI, and compliance—to build innovative, secure, and scalable financial products. You will leverage emerging technologies, data analytics, and customer insights to mitigate fraud risks while enhancing digital banking experiences. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of security, innovation, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the digital banking product vision and strategy, integrating security and fraud prevention as core components.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring a seamless yet secure customer experience.
- Develop fraud prevention and security solutions, including authentication, identity verification, and anomaly detection.
- Collaborate with security, fraud, compliance, and risk teams to align products with regulatory and security requirements.
- Leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud risks in digital banking platforms.
- Monitor KPIs and emerging threats, adapting strategies to proactively combat fraud and security breaches.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security standards (e.g., FFIEC, PCI DSS, GDPR), and best practices.
- Drive customer trust by integrating transparent and frictionless security measures into digital banking experiences.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a security-first culture within the product organization.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and security updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of combined experience in fraud prevention, security product management, and digital banking.
- Proven track record of designing and launching secure financial products with a strong focus on fraud detection and security.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks, fraud detection techniques, authentication methods, and cybersecurity trends.
- Experience with security technologies, including identity verification, multi-factor authentication (MFA), biometrics, and risk-based authentication.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven fraud prevention and threat detection.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards (e.g., KYC, AML, PSD2, SOC 2, GDPR).
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
