The Role:
As a Transition Manager, you are responsible for successfully guiding clients through the implementation and integration process, ensuring a smooth transition from contract execution to full operational service. The Transition Manager will play a key role in mitigating risks, resolving issues and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Responsibilities:
- Client Transition & Implementation
- Develop and execute detailed transition plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives
- Serve as a primary point of contact during the transition phase, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
- Oversee data migration, process integration, and service implementation to facilitate a seamless transition.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a structured and efficient transition
- Conduct regular governance meetings providing updates on transition progress, key milestones and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop and deliver reports, dashboards and presentations to senior leadership and clients.
- Development of Product & Services
- Engage with clients to gain a deep understanding of their operations, challenges and goals
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing products and propose innovative service solutions.
- Collaborate with product technology and service teams to develop solutions to deliver product and services that help client and firm business grow
Requirements
- Preferably 7 years in the Financial Services field
- Proficiency in SQL, Sigma Computing, Tableau or equivalent tool
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with some financial instruments, i.e. Equities, Fixed Income, Listed Options, etc.
- Ability to communicate with various client types
- Self-Starter who can take initiative to take on items that come up
