We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Data Center design manager to lead and oversee all aspects of major technical programs across multiple regions.
This is a key leadership position that will focus on the development and implementation of best-in-class design management practices, tools, and strategies to drive project success.
You will lead a team of talented professionals while shaping the future of large-scale, hyperscale, and colocation builds.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design management programs from inception through completion, with a focus on preconstruction and design phases
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes and team performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Oversee and mentor a team of Design Managers across geographic regions
- Ensure all projects meet or exceed expectations for cost, quality, and timeline
- Lead the development of key departmental metrics and performance tracking systems
