Responsibilities:

As a new college graduate, your role on our team is to work as a business analyst. As an analyst, you will work on a variety of project teams, helping to analyze client issues and design tailored solutions. Your role will involve being an active participant on the team and supporting senior members of the team with quantitative and qualitative analyses on client projects and internal business initiatives.

 

You will serve as an integral part of the ClearBridge team with the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial and compensation data and draw meaningful conclusions from key findings.
  • Prepare client presentations that summarize findings from analyses and support the development of recommendations.
  • Participate in client presentations to senior management, including top executives and boards of directors.
  • Stay up-to-date and keep team members informed on developments in executive compensation and industry trends in the current market environment.
  • Be an integral part of growing the firm (e.g., recruiting, marketing, business development).

 

Qualities we are looking for in a candidate include:

  • Internship in consulting, finance, human resources, accounting, or business preferred, but not required.
  • 0-3 years experience.

 

Starting compensation for the analyst position is a salary of $85,000 a year, with a bonus opportunity of up to 15% of salary and full benefits.
