JOB SUMMARY
ClearBridge Investments is seeking a professional, reliable, and organized individual to join our midtown New York office as the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. This individual will serve as the face of the firm while managing our reception desk and other administrative and facility functions.
This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, guests, and employees. They will be the first point of contact for the company, handling all incoming calls, greeting visitors, and managing the reception area. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a positive and friendly attitude.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
- Act as first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees
- Maintain the overall appearance of the reception area creating a welcoming environment
- Manage conference room and guest office scheduling and logistics
- Coordinate meeting and events including facility staff coordination, catering and supplies
- Answer main phone lines and routing calls to appropriate destination
- Serve as primary liaison with the facilities team and building management company
- Provide administrative support to various teams including travel coordination and expense management
- Support HR and other firm initiatives
- Ad hoc projects
- Hours : Monday-Friday between 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.
