Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, is in need of an Application Production Support Engineer for permanent employment. The Production Application Support Engineer will work onsite in support of infrastructure, applications, and cloud related incidents.
Required Skills:
Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:
Required Skills:
- 6 years of production application support experience
- 3 years utilizing Dynatrace
- Experience utilizing ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Investment management or financial services industry experience
- Experience working in cloud environment preferably Azure
Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, ScienceLogic or Argent
- Ability to write SQL queries/ coding in PowerShell/ JavaScript
- Jira/Confluence experience
- SQL Server or Oracle experience
