Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional- CDS North
Location: Gurnee, IL
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (40 hours per week)
Pay: $52,330-$54,330
Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency specializing in providing innovative opportunities, tools, and services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
The QIDP is responsible on a day to day basis for ensuring the integration, coordination, and monitoring of the active treatment program for each of the residents enrolled in the program. The QIDP directly supervises the DSPs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in human services, social services, or health/IDD related field
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- At least 1 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Valid IL driver's license
- Case management experience is preferred
- Must be QIDP qualified
