Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… ​

To join our team as an Associate Account Manager. You will work on multiple energy efficiency program components. This will include conducting customer outreach, processing applications, as well as support contractor / distributor participation. You will also maintain current accounts with customers and program trade allies and develop new accounts to achieve energy savings and demand reduction goals. The successful candidate will act as the local, on-site program representative to customers and contractors, to identify opportunities and encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers. Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance and training on program eligibility requirements and participation in accordance with the KPI and program guidelines. Communication with internal team members to document outreach attempts and outcome, provide input and status updates, forecast upcoming projects, and communicate with contractors to ensure project timelines are documented will be an important aspect of the role.​

Travel within a defined territory in eastern PA with limited geographic coverage.

Manage multiple program components, including customer outreach and contractor / distributor participation.

Process applications through our program portal.

Document customer and contractor interactions to ensure compliance with program requirements.

Maintain existing accounts and develop new ones to meet lower kWh goals across one or more programs.

Provide application assistance to customers and contractors.

Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.

Self-manage schedule and deliverables to ensure timely results.

Utilize organizational tools to maintain efficiency and productivity. ​

Relevant training, industry certifications, education, and work experience could replace education. Transferable skills will be considered in place of industry experience.
