We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as an Energy Efficiency Program Specialist. This role supports SEM programs for one or multiple clients that help industrial and/or commercial program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

• Project reporting for client programs and dozens of participant companies
• Planning and partnering with SEM coaches and program managers for both on-site and behind-the-scenes program implementation
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings
• Attend and help facilitate all aspects of participant group and one-on-one workshops from planning to follow-up reporting and action planning
• Client and participant report reviewing, editing, and writing for technical and non-technical audiences
• Program material development, review and editing
• Maintain communications and data sharing systems between clients, customers and internal team
• Track participant milestone
• Analyze and provide historical data for client and internal use – could be in the form of graphics, text content or other.
• Participant and utility data collection, review, and preparation for statistical modeling
• Create technical content and intellectual property
• Develop new and improve existing internal tracking and project management systems
• Escalate program/client issues to Assoc SEM Program Manager and/or SEM Program Manager
  
  

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 2 years project coordination/management experience in a professional environment
