To join CLEAResult as an Operations Supervisor! Operations Supervisors lead teams who ensure smooth operations of program and business processes to deliver projects and programs to clients. Breadth of scope ranges from managing people supporting individual programs, entire practices, or the company.
Successful candidates will reside in Little Rock, Arkansas or Arkansas.

Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders across teams, including outreach , engineering, IT, and accounting / finance
Delivery and quality assurance : w / adherence to program guidelines
Project and / or process management
Data Management for Program Support, Field Support, & Business Development Support
Supervisor a team of 3-5 people
Responsible for the generation and accuracy of scheduled and ad hoc program reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure data is accurate and complete, while utilizing best practices with a focus on creating efficient processes and solution

Capacity to efficiently and effectively complete tasks with minimal management direction and oversight and a proven background in problem solving, planning and prioritization
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft CRM) and ability to learn to utilize other job-related software applications or skills.
2-3 years of relevant experience
2-4 years relevant experience in Salesforce
1-2 years people management experience
