Processing all contractors’ complete invoices for the Mass Save program. Calculating all pricing data and program percentages / incentives.
Providing daily invoicing assistance to all Contractors within the program as well as assisting Contractor Account Managers. Maintaining working relationships with all contractors and their Account Managers.
Daily tracking and verifying of program documentation and correspondence using Excel and internal proprietary software.
Payment processing, billing adjustments, data entry, gathering and tracking data and assuring data quality using various software programs.
Exporting predesigned batch reports on a recurring weekly basis.
Attending and assisting in staff meetings and other program support groups or projects.

1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
High School Diploma required.
