Responsibilities:
The Program Coordinator, along with the Program Director, oversees all aspects of programming. Primary responsibilities include: supervision of residential supervisors, assistant supervisors and residential counselors; coordination of scheduling and assignment of shift staff; management of the treatment environment with specific attention to quality of services, activities and routines; application of appropriate therapeutic intervention tactics and implementation of key treatment practices and procedures. Requirements:
