About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership and employees to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expertise in employee relations, talent management, performance coaching, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and solutions that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Support performance management efforts, including coaching managers on feedback and development strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
- Lead or support HR projects, including change management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a business partner or HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and performance coaching.
- Ability to analyze HR data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Spanish language highly preferred
- HR certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS and data analytics tools.
