We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our team! This role will provide crucial support to our team and clients while ensuring exceptional client service.
ClearPath Financial Partners is a boutique financial planning and investment management firm in Northborough, MA. We are looking for an exemplary A player to join our fast-growing company.
To be successful, the ideal candidate will have:
• Experience working directly with clients, including timely responses to email and phone inquiries
• Impeccable follow-through
• Attention to detail with high level of accuracy and accountability
• Strong technology skills to navigate various financial tools and systems
• Ability to effectively interact with other professionals (Attorneys, CPAs, etc.)
Responsibilities:
• Communicate professionally with clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Create and maintain accurate notes, records, and follow-up actions in our CRM, while updating the team on client status
• Respond to and manage client inquiries regarding their account(s), including troubleshooting and researching client service issues
• Assist in meeting preparation including:
o Review client financial plans for completeness and accuracy
o Drafting meeting agendas
o Communication with financial advisor & financial planner
• Debrief with advisors post-meeting, tracking and completing follow-up items while keeping clients and the team informed
• Create and process new account paperwork, including preparation and database updates
• Support with client service functions such as:
o Facilitating calls with clients to other investment companies as needed
o Helping clients with online financial planning tools and account access
o Providing support for basic client services, such as move money, trading, account opening, and completing and submitting forms
o Annuity/outside business processing
• Work alongside financial planner to fulfill portions of the financial planning process:
o Gathering and organizing of client data
o Inputting of client information utilizing financial planning software and our process
o Basic analytics and organization of data so that planner may design and develop financial plans
• Manage ongoing client projects including the client cash list, required minimum distributions, low/no trading accounts
Qualifications
• 3 years of direct client service in financial services with relevant industry knowledge, familiarity with account types, services, and financial products and accounts (ETFs, annuities, Roth IRAs, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, or accounting
• Securities license preferred (Series 7, Series 65, SIE etc.)
