A fast paced Professional Land Surveying company is looking for a pleasant, outgoing, responsible, and organized individual to perform surveying party chief duties. Responsibilities: Responsible for the field work in creating surveys for construction, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, boundary, and right-of-way Determine the size and layout of the plot of land (existing structures, driveways, pools, adjacent lots, etc.) Collect survey data using global positioning system (GPS) & handheld LiDAR equipment Use surveying tools to measure elevations, distance, angles, defining right-of-way and property boundaries. Qualifications: Prior party chief experience in the field Knowledge of field instruments and calibration (Leica, Robotics, GPS) Self-driven multi-tasker Precision and accuracy a must Some knowledge of AutoCAD Understands the importance of team work Strong attention to detail Professionalism Verbal Communication Punctuality Teamwork Willingness to Learn Fulltime 40 hours, Monday-Friday Hourly rate based upon experience.
