Job Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Physical Therapists to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Documents patient status/progress for assigned patients.
- Reports observations of patient performance to Physical Therapists.
- Provides patient education on safe practices and health promotion.
Requirements:
- One year of direct patient care experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification required.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
