Hearing Instrument Specialist / Audiologist
POSITION
Professional Hearing Aid Clinic Network seeking a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist.
SCHEDULE
Hours and Days of operation for your clinic will be determined when hired. Four-day work week is an option. Most clinics operate 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist, valid in or transferrable to Illinois.
If you are in the process of obtaining your license, please still apply and we can arrange employment once you are licensed.

JOB DUTIES
Service your community by offering free hearing tests, consultations, and excellent patient care.
Perform full hearing tests, analyze results, educate patients, and offer a professional hearing aid device recommendation.
Place, manage, and deliver hearing aid orders in a timely and organized manner.
Manage both your clinic and staff with a professional and leader-like style.
Maintain good relationships with clinic vendors, insurance providers, and business partners.
Interact with and incorporate yourself into your community to establish a professional presence and image.
Add value to your community by ensuring continuous, excellent, and professional services to everyone who walks in your door.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Total annual compensation ranges from $67,000 to $92,000 depending on experience. Candidates may choose salary, commission, or hybrid compensation structures.
Employer-Provided SIMPLE Individual Retirement Account with 100% Match up to 3% Gross Pay.
Health Stipend equal to 50% of private health insurance premium and supplemental plans.
3 Week of Paid Time Off in addition to Paid Holidays.
