Veterans Evaluation Services is seeking qualified Audiologists to join our provider network as an independent contractor to perform disability examinations for Veterans for the following locations: Peoria Heights, IL *Applicants must have their own office within 100 miles of the job location
Qualifications
Audiologist
- Doctorate Degree in Audiology (AuD), Masters of Audiology (M.A.)
- Master's of Science Degree in Audiology (M.S.)
- Audiology of Speech Language Pathology Degree (PHD)
- Master's in Communication Disorders (MCD), Doctor of Education in Audiology (Ed.D)
- An active and unrestricted license in the state in which exams are performed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess hearing and balance disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and families regarding hearing loss and rehabilitation options.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in otolaryngology and other specialties.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in audiology and related technologies.
