What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at ClearView Eye Clinic?
We are looking for a full time Call Center Representative to join our busy practice. This position requires excellent communication, computer and phone skills, and the ability to multi-task.
You will be responsible for routing calls, confirming patient demographic and insurance information, making appointments, and obtaining referrals.
Previous medical office receptionist experience is required.
- 2 years of previous medical front office experience preferred.
- Displays good judgment and has excellent verbal/ written communication skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Team player attitude, positive, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Great active listening skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
