We are seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to join our busy practice. This position offers approximately 32 hours per week and requires excellent communication, computer, and phone skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively.
You will be responsible for routing calls, confirming patient demographic and insurance information, scheduling appointments, and obtaining referrals.
Qualifications:
- Previous medical office receptionist experience is required
- 2 years of medical front office experience preferred
- Strong judgment and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Positive, energetic, team player with a focus on outstanding customer service
- Ability to identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
- Patient and empathetic approach
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptable and flexible, comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Troubleshooting skills, ranging from basic to advanced depending on the role and industry
- Computer literacy and phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
