The Evening Supervisor Role
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the evening functions of our Nursing Department, ensuring that the highest quality care is maintained at all times. This includes supervising and assisting with all resident care, as well as completing nursing admission assessments and baseline care planning for new admissions.
What We're Looking For
- Must be able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, vendors, and the general public.
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
