This position involves supervising and assisting with all resident care according to assessed resident status and established plans of care. You will also be responsible for making written and oral reports/recommendations to the Assistant Director of Health Services as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing methods for coordination of nursing services with other resident services.
- Complete nursing admission assessments and baseline care planning for new admissions.
- Ensure accurate daily skilled documentation is completed.
- Supervise and oversee all resident care according to assessed resident status and established plans of care.
Requirements
- Must possess leadership and supervisory ability.
- Unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
- Previous leadership experience preferred but not required.
