Responsibilities of the Community Engagement Team Member:
- Master the ins and outs of all product knowledge, pricing, sales promotions, and contract negotiation
- Answer consumer questions and ease concerns by educating customers on the perks of clients vs. the competition
- Recommend products and services best suited to consumer needs and inform them of any sales promotions we have to offer
- Complete sales for new customer accounts in an accurate and timely manner
- Keep track of all consumer interactions and report back to sales executives on ways to improve the consumer experience
- Contribute ideas on how to improve sales processes and customer interactions to make them more efficient and profitable
- Participate in extensive sales training led by managers to increase client knowledge, and business expertise, and gain new sales strategies
Requirements of the Community Engagement Team Member:
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative, or similar
- Possess strong communication and people skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proven record of overturning customer concerns
- Outgoing, personable, and affable personality
