The Outside Sales Role
Hiring Immediately - As a full-time Outside Sales Representative, you will be trained in all of our products and services. You will engage with homeowners, educate them about our environmentally friendly solutions, and sell the appointments set up for you from our Marketing team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to develop communication skills, persuasion tactics, and strategic outreach abilities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through Community Focused Marketing
- Educate homeowners about our affordable, environmentally friendly, products and services
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives
- Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions
- Contribute to team-building and mentorship activities
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with people in various settings
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and career-oriented
- Open-minded with a passion for learning new skills
- Outgoing personality and a natural ability to connect with people
- BA/BS preferred but not required
Compensation
- $4,000 Sign-on bonus*
- This role is Training Pay Commission VIP bonus, with an average total payout of $3,750/week
- Average earning potential: $150,000 - $350,000 per year

The full sign-on bonus will be paid in increments at day 90, 180, and 365. The full bonus is contingent on successfully completing the 13 weeks of initial training.
