Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Leader. The candidates' desired report location will be from one of our western Montana office locations.
Clearwater Montana Properties is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Operations Leader who will oversee and optimize the daily operations of our real estate brokerage. This leadership role involves managing administrative staff, implementing efficient processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting the growth and development of our team.
