We are currently hiring for an Office Manager to ensure smooth running of office duties and support the day-to-day operations within the Clearwater Shower Bath Organization.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and manage the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
- Manage and process purchase orders and various paperwork agreements
- Initiate, track and manage building permits
- Provide excellent customer service, answer phones and handle installation schedules
- Track and maintain customer orders from time of sale through installation and final payment
- Support management and provide administrative support as necessary
- Serve as communication point between various departments (operations and installation)
- Report office progress to management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures
- General experience with inventory management, purchasing, invoicing and tracking
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Assist with orders processing, tracking and deliveries
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of admin experience, preferably in a home construction services company or similar environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Project coordination and process management
- Interpersonal communication and presentations
- Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and able to adapt to office internal email tools, spreadsheets, and CRM
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem solve, develop rapport and ensure commitments are fulfilled
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a multi layered fast paced environment
