Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile, wave, and cheerful attitude
- Safely guide customers into the wash
- Ensure a positive experience for every guest
- Provide customer service with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Be coachable and eager to learn about wash packages and services offered
- Sell and manage memberships through point of sale system
- Light maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping around the lot and free vacuum areas
- 1-2 hours of deep cleaning every evening
- Opening and closing duties, including weekend availability
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, or bend for long periods of time
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment including heat and cold
- Ability to work in clean and dirty conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently (25 lbs overhead)
- Ability to climb a ladder up to 6' and work at height for up to an hour per day in 10 minute intervals
- Ability to work in a wet and/or loud environment with or without reasonable accommodations
Prior Customer Service or Sales Experience Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
