Cleaver Brooks is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Thomasville, GA. The Software Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for implementing and executing full software / systems development quality assurance best practices. Working alongside IT and business teams, this role is instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Job Location : Thomasville, GA
Essential functions :
- Create, document, implement, maintain, and perform a comprehensive test strategy in a dynamic, agile environment
- Implement test scripts, record actual results, and identify defects
- Triage, troubleshoot, and report software defects
- Provide status reports on testing results
- Document the testing process
- Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing from business users and stakeholders
- Identify the necessary software changes needed to correct system defects
- Work with the Project Manager to prioritize system defects
- Work with the development team to identify the source of defects and software failures
- Develop and maintain regression testing plans to be used in future release testing cycles
- Provides training / knowledge transfer to other IT staff on QA process and artifacts

Basic Requirements :
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field from four-year College or University.
Experience : 3 years of IT work experience in software quality assurance development and testing in an online environment.
Physical Skill & Effort : Work requires a few simple, but rapid, hand operations, and simple, easy muscular movements.
Working Conditions and Hazards : Normal plant, shop, field, or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features.
