Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Associate to join our dynamic team. The warranty and Inventory Control Associate manages and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, optimizing warehouse operations and is also responsible for managing the creation, distribution, and administration of product warranties and related services. Computer literacy, strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Maintain safety requirements, wearing proper PPE
- Check in warranty parts and determine if they can be fixed or scrapped
- Fix the warranty parts that can be saved
- Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve complex warranty-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory items, including stock levels, locations, and movement
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify accuracy.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with other departments
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Ability to use hand tools
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management or related fields is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in shipping and receiving processes is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
