Cleer Vision, an Airxcel Brand is looking for a strong Sales Manager with experience in the RV Industry to expand our team.
This position provides leadership on company strategy and direction while developing and maintaining relationships with all levels of customer’s management teams. The skill of being an advocate for customers while putting company profitability first requires experienced and practiced communication skills.
Work Requirements
- Previous experience in sales management and business development
- Manage sales team and mentor their future growth.
- Evaluate market opportunities to insure a fit with CVW’s goals with an emphasis on growth.
- Working alongside Customer Service to create a structure that is effective and allows for the best customer experience possible.
- Identify and communicate product improvement opportunities as required.
- Understand and communicate market direction and trends.
- Provide leadership to operations concerning product quality, account status, and production scheduling as required.
- Insure account profitability.
- Manage price increases as required.
- Strategically respond to customer requests in ways that benefit CVW and CVD while meeting customer needs. For example, offsetting price reductions with increased volume.
- Lead company and customer advocate and finding the best solutions for both sides.
- Manage the use of Hubspot with sales team to ensure it’s accuracy for CV and Airxcel.
- Product expert of our own and our competitors.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
