Clegg's Pest Control is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Wilmington.
Hours: Monday–Friday 10:00am-5:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide first level support or guidance to clients and employees
- Work with PestPac, our pest control scheduling software, to ensure the orderly dispatch of company jobs so that service technicians are properly routed throughout the day.
- Demonstrate multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
- Handle sub-contract paperwork – update, dispatch, and scan service orders
- Process and complete daily deposit for pest and termite paperwork
- Balance customer demands with service technicians and Sales team requests
- Sell pest control service jobs and set general inspections daily
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years experience within a customer service or clerical environment
- An excellent phone manner and strong verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and accurate data entry skills are essential
- Candidates must take the phone screen assessment to be considered for this position
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
