What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at C. M. Mitchell Construction?
C. M. Mitchell Construction Co. located in Sneads Ferry, NC is looking for a full-time Admin. on a permanent basis.
Receptionist Duties Include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take clear, concise messages
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Data Entry, Time and Material Tracking
- Invoicing in Quickbooks
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Basic cleaning
Admin Skills and Abilities:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles will be extremely helpful
- Proficient in using phone systems, typing, and computer software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Your friendly demeanor, excellent phone etiquette, and attention to detail will contribute to providing exceptional customer service.
