A Day in the Life of a Receptionist:
- Effectively conduct receptionist duties including assisting walk-in clientele, answering telephones, and basic clerical tasks on a daily basis.
- Deliver stellar customer service to both internal and external customers with respect and integrity on a daily basis.
- Build rapport with clientele, prospects, carriers, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with Risk Advisors, Account Manager(s), and others to provide clerical support.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
- Superior interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and driven to bring value to others.
- Effective time management skills, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience in the Insurance field is a plus.
